What is the tax credit immediate advance service?

The Immediate Advance tax credit service, proposed by the URSSAF and the General Directorate of Public Finance, allows the amount of the tax credit to be deducted from the amount due to MS DOM’. In other words, the tax credit is immediate!

HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THE TAX CREDIT?

In order to benefit from the home-based employment tax credit, you must fill in box 7DB of your 2020 tax return sheet. You will need to indicate the total amount of expenses that you have made for MS DOM’ services, the tax department will calculate the 50% tax reduction.

We will send you a tax certificate every year in March.

WHAT ARE THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES TO BE CARRIED OUT?

As a customer of MS DOM’, when you subscribe to a home service service, you are relieved of all administrative procedures relating to the employment of an employee as well as the responsibilities related to the intervention at home.

DO YOU OFFER ONE-OFF SERVICES?

Yes! We intervene punctually according to your needs. You can contact us by respecting a notice period of at least one week by email to contact@msdom. fr and at 02 41 88 25 26 from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30, on Thursday from 13:30 to 17:30, the reception being closed in the morning.

RETIRED: HOUSEHOLD ASSISTANCE BENEFIT (Pension Fund) A study is carried out at your home to assess the number of hours needed. Your file is sent to the Pension Fund concerned. An hourly participation is granted to you according to your resources. Your support is renewable in general every 6 months or every year.

BENEFICIARY OF THE A. P. A. According to the Aid Plan established by the medico-social team of the General Council.

MEMBER OF A MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY (without age criteria) Your Mutual insurance company can grant you hours as part of a hospital discharge or care during a temporary disability.

EMPLOYEE OR RETIREE OF A COMPANY Your Works Council can offer you the “Home Check” to benefit from home help.

WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS FOR THE PAYMENT OF SERVICES?

We accept payments by direct debit, by Pre-financed Universal Service Employment Check (CESU) as well as payment by bank check and bank transfer. You will find the Bank Identity Statement of MS DOM’ on your invoice.

ARE THE TRAVEL COSTS OF THE SPEAKER INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE SERVICE?

Yes! All travel costs are included in the price of the services except for the services of exit transported outside the agglomeration, charged € 0.44 per additional kilometer.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTIONS?

No! The speaker is an employee of the company MS DOM’, which exempts you from any obligation as an employer. His contract, his salary and his follow-up are governed by the Labor Code and the Collective Agreement of human services companies of September 20, 2012.
